Guarnari pattern, distressed
This is a loud instrument. Also very dark, it is the kind of violin I expect to sell into the Bluegrass community. The distressing is very successfull in that it does not look obviously contrived.I have never previously encountered the maker, and bought the instrument on it's own merit.
