Third Fiddle
Here are some shots of my third violin. It is my own
design,
within very conservative parameters, though I am trying to get what I
imagine
to be a Cremona style finish. So far, I am extremely pleased with this
effort. (new) Editing this page a year after creating it, I must say
this is my favorite of my own fiddles. It is amazing how much mellowing
happens in a year. This one is made from Big Leaf Maple and Italian
Spruce.
