FT-16, forthwith to be known as
"The Penngrove"
This full sized guitar was my
most popular type up until building for Eric Schoenberg. This guitar
will please anyone, but I build it with the Singer/Songwriter in mind.
Serial #10330406 is made
from Honduras Rosewood and Italian Spruce with Snakewood over maple
bindings and purflings. Ebony fingerboard and bridge, Waverly tuners
w/black pearl, 4 5/16 x 16 x 20 with 25 3/8 scale. Very
balanced (normal for me) with the tonal center focused in the mid to
low range for warmth and vocal support.
