This guitar is my "Salute" to Ervin Somogyi, who with the help of his many apprentices and camp followers has created a new category of guitar, a Dreadnought for finger style players. While I am certainly not in any way a follower of Ervin's style, nor have I been particularly influenced by his work, this guitar is my interpretaion of the "Mod D".  I built it to show at the 2017 Santa Barbara Acoustic Instrument Celebration, and it sold before I got there. That customer has traded it in against a BRW Guitar, and now I am offering this very impressive guitar once again.
